LifeLink Tissue Bank embarked on a website transformation project with a clear goal: to offer physicians and hospitals a smoother, user-friendly experience in their search for vital allografts. Leveraging the existing brand as the starting point and with a focus on healthcare professionals, I introduced graphic enhancements and upheld photographic consistency to breathe new life into the website’s aesthetics. Additionally, I restructured the allograft ordering system, placing accessibility and user-centric design at the forefront of our efforts, all aimed at elevating the overall user experience. Below are a few highlights from the project.

Strategy and planning
Collaborating with key stakeholders during the site mapping phase, I define the products, services, and structure. This guarantees alignment with client requirements, strategic goals, and project scope. The site’s structure prioritizes bite-sized, adaptable information, accommodating various responsive design layouts. These wireframes also serve as content structure guidelines, offering copywriters clear parameters and subject matter direction.
To ensure a smooth and effortless process for locating and ordering allografts, I integrated an intuitive and user-friendly filtering system
