Our client faced a critical situation when their long-standing relationship with their valued customer, Ameriprise, prompted a review of their promotional account to assess the possibility of seeking alternatives. In response to this emergency, our team was called upon to craft a compelling and memorable argument for retaining Ameriprise’s business.
In collaboration with a skilled copywriter, we developed a concept centered around ‘the seven reasons’ to persuade Ameriprise to remain with our client.
My assignment involved the branding of the presentation. Initially, designing a unique logo that encapsulated the essence of the seven reasons concept, served as a guiding narrative thread throughout both printed and on-screen presentations. Furthermore, virtual environments were created to showcase the critical promotional initiatives that piqued Ameriprise’s interest. The outcome was a dynamic and attention-grabbing presentation that played a pivotal role in our client retaining their most valuable customer.
Prior to diving into the design process, a logo that embodied the concept of the seven ideas was created. The use of vibrant colors injected energy into the logo, and the number seven was ingeniously formed using seven building blocks. Once this logo was established, it served as the cornerstone upon which the entire presentation was built.
The 7 reasons concept was carried throughout the book. A bold color pallet combined with large simplified graphics made the book easy to navigate, digest and understand.
In addition to the seven themed front-end features, we also put together a robust virtual catalog of promotional items. This included creating unique shirt designs and even developing virtual environments to help envision events and better understand how the products align.
